Katie at Rileys has been awesome since I walked in the door! She's been excellent to communicate with and great to work with. They had a huge selection of different styles of tile and even had the hexagon tile I had been searching for! They have been wonderful to communicate with and definitely would recommend them!

I experienced the worst customer service at Riley's Floors than I have ever gotten. I went in for a quote on 9-24 and after 2 contacts on why I hadn't received a quote, it finally was sent on 11-2 and wasn't what I asked for. I didn't know it took 6 weeks to get a quote. I'm surprised they have positive reviews because my experience with them has been awful.
There is no where else we’d go for carpet or hard wood floors! The sales and service are unmatched! Donny and his whole staff are great to work with throughout the entire process.
