I have not worked with this company but I do want to share a story about the owner. My daughter had a car accident and slid off the road into the creek. (She is ok and unharmed). Matt happened to drive by shortly after I arrived at the scene and offered to help. He somehow maneuvered the car out of the creek and even drove it to our house down the street. 1/15/26 8:27 a.m. Riley’s truck TK-2. Was absolutely overloaded with salt swerving from line to line. I was behind him for 10 minutes and I watched him cause almost two accidents because cars were getting out from behind him because they were being pelted with salt chunks so they would switch lanes quickly and almost get rear ended by oncoming traffic..
I was very impressed by the recent work Riley’s performed near my house installing a new basketball court at Galena Lamb Park. Then I find out that they installed all of the drainage and water lines for our local Floyd Central Football field renovation project. Everywhere I turn I see their trucks and continual proof of their quality workmanship.
A big thank you to Dan and Rob and the additional teams members that showed up at Riley's Excavating for their incredible hard work and dedication! They went above and beyond, putting in late hours to get our drainage issue completely resolved. The quality of their work and attention to detail was outstanding. What I thought might take weeks was efficiently completed in just three days. I highly recommend Riley's Excavating for any construction or excavating project—top-notch service from start to finish!
