Other shops in the area couldn’t get me in for another week or so. I called Riley‘s late one evening and they were able to take me the next morning. I received a diagnosis and was called to pick up my vehicle the very next morning. Extremely efficient and very little downtime with my vehicle. Highly recommended!
Minimum 2hrs diagnostic charge.. did cab mounts on F250, then gave it back to me with a terrible noise that wasnt there before. Stated it was my U-joints in the front end.. it was just the exhaust rattling on the cab. Interior of my truck was immaculate when i dropped it off. Got it back with black stains/marks all over my tan interior. Greasy finger prints all over the exterior of truck, Carpet was not reinstalled 100% back to the way it was, and didnt reinstall the rear bench seat all the way. I needed my a/c fixed in my truck and Riley Auto & Diesel Repairs did not disappoint. Not only was I able to bring my truck right in and drop it off to get fixed, they were also nice and honest people. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with auto problems that need to be fixed. Of course auto repairs are costly, but this place was reasonable on pricing. My a/c was fixed and Has been so lovey having cold air in the car again, especially in time for this hot Louisiana weather. Thanks again!
