Mr. Riley is one of the highest-integrity men I've met. He has done several repairs for us over the years and has been fair, honest, and kind in every interaction. We called him on a Saturday morning last weekend, and he was in our attic within two hours. He explained the problem and told us an easy way to fix it ourselves in the future. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed the problem and given a fair, low price for the repair.

Wow!!! I am new to Huntsville and needed help with our unit. Such incredible service! Gary came out the same day. Right when he said he would. Found the issue with my unit and repaired it quickly!! He said no charge just call me in the future!! I am sure that I will since both units are almost 20 years old!!! Thank you Gary for being such a wonderful, honest and prompt service provider!!!
Gary is just an Absolutely Amazing human being! He delivered the nicest and most honest customer service I've experienced! He got my coils replaced in no time and he registered the unit for me as well. He worked with me on the payment and I am very grateful for that after not having a/c for over 2 weeks. Highly recommend using Riley's Air Conditioning & Heating!!!
