I smelled burning from my AC last night and called Riley's first thing in the morning (Sunday). He was already working on a job but assured me he'd get here in the afternoon. He got here before noon, AND had my AC fixed in under 30 minutes after careful troubleshooting and educating me along the way. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.
