Clean, very professional and had our fridge back up and running in no time.
Mr Riley came after a 2 week wait time, blamed everything on my water supply that has worked fine for 7 years. He suggested that I bypass the filters on my refrigerators and said I would hear back from them. 2 weeks later I had to call them for a response…he suggested I bypass the water filter…again. I cancelled future appointments and they sent me a bill for $165, nothing resolved. Both refrigerators still have the same problems.
