I love this pharmacy. They have been nothing but kind and helpful to me through medicines I've needed after 2 c sections, and a couple different hospital trips. They dont hassle you like major corporate pharmacies will. I also rented a knee scooter for a family member who had a surgery. They held the one I needed with the appropriate weight limit. They were extremely helpful.
I have to say Julie is absolutely rude. Worst customer service Ive had! She was short with me. Eager to get off the phone. Did not wanna be helpful. Does she even like her job? I expected more from Riley white. Having someone acting like this answering phones is a bad look for the company. And I have talked to several people that say she is the same and thats why they no longer go there. I would advise anyone looking for a pharmacy to check other places.
