I retained Riley & Wells for a speeding ticket. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable; they made me feel at ease with the process of fighting an out of state ticket. The attorney handled my ticket and allowed me time to pay his retainer fee during covid-19 as my income had declined. i would highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing legal assistance in Virginia. I’ve been ticket free for almost 20 years. I travel for work and as I was traveling back to NY from Florida I got stopped in Emporia county just over the state line. I was trying to pass someone so I could get over and let someone behind me go by.. go figure. Unfortunately, it’s very black and white with an emporia county Virginia state trooper.
