I have been doctor smith for years and rarely ever been late but the lack of understanding on Dr smith’s part is hard to believe I just don’t get how it’s so unfair .. every single appointment I waited at lease 3-4 hrs to be seen meanwhile I’m expected to be perfect . just recently my transportation cut me off abruptly and I was having to drive and didn’t know my way around and was stuck in the parking structure due to the congested traffic inside and I wasn’t familiar with it so I ended up arriving at 2:46 at the room askin... read more
Dr smith you have seen for years now I am rarely ever late ! Every single appointment I had I had to wait at least 2-3 hrs until u saw me for every single appointment. There times where I had to cancel four five other appointments on days where I had to make time for your appointments as you were sick and could only reschedule that specific day and time and yet today I took a day off work and my transportation is cut off and it’s my first time driving here I was waiting since 12:30 pm for my appointment at 2:30 and then it’s... read more
