Unscrupulous surgeon who performs extremely aggressive procedures that do not work. I had multiple sleep apnea surgeries performed by Dr. Riley - this was before AI and easy access to clinical research. It turns out there's clear evidence these procedures don't work, he does them anyway, and he does them in a very aggressive way. (For example, instead of tightening my uvula for a UPPP, he chopped the whole thing off and left me with permanent swallowing issues). All he cares about is, best as I can tell, money.
