Wow, what an experience, never have I felt so discriminated in my life, Mrs Mobley, the receptionist made no attempt at all to help us, first time patients. I understand we were late, 1 minute, after the 15 grace minutes... but there was literally 1 child in the lobby waiting to be seen, I've been in customer service for about 20 years, and I've tried to always make accommodations, or help out in some way... probably that's the reason y this office was so lonely, with customer service like that, who would want to start a mor... read more
Doctor rushed through appointment, and my son was diagnosed wrong. I had to ASK for next steps and ASK for any explanations at all that were not addressed. They have messed up my other son’s chart and switched his medical history with someone else’s. Took weeks to get a referral scheduled and they sent in the WRONG referral when they did reach out. The front desk can’t help with viewing payments due or any chart for my kids. They have sent the wrong medications (that God I checked before administering) truly a horrible exper... read more
