Top notch medical care in a caring environment. Very happy and grateful to have found Dr Lloyd and his tram.

Most worst experience ever had in my life. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful doctor. A long time has passed since I visited his office for the first and last time. My mind was blocked completely. I don't remember. Suddenly I remembered the way he treated me. Unkind and disrespectful physician. Because of him, I lost hope.….

The doctor is excellent, no doubt. However, the office’s responsiveness could use improvement. First, reaching someone by phone often takes multiple attempts, sometimes over a span of days. The voicemail frequently states they are busy, even outside of office hours. Second, requests are occasionally only addressed after reminders. Third, the office doesn’t follow up with feedback, and since there’s no email listed, it’s challenging to get in touch for even simple questions. I hope they improve their patient service soon.
