I need to make a formal complaint about my experience with Dr. Riley P. Lloyd. At no point was I given the necessary information about the dosage of the therapy he administered, and my repeated attempts to reach him by email and phone were ignored. I am now being sent charges for services that I have already paid for, which is completely unacceptable. The way this situation has been handled is unprofessional and deeply concerning.
Dr Lloyd is amazing human being and unbelievable specialist.
