We waited months to get my son in here... His appointment was scheduled for June 6th. The urologist office called me on June 3rd to cancel the appointment due to the provider having a family emergency. My husband already took Friday, June 6th off of work to stay home with our smaller children. The soonest they could reschedule my son for was October 3rd... We are not new patients here. Super good experience! It is a little difficult to reach them and the appointment time was out a few months but we were not in an emergency situation so it was fine. Highly recommend Dr Martin Kaefer. Thank you!
Had a very poor experience at this location. I have worked in the hospital setting for a number of years and understand the standard that should be set fourth. This location did not get my child booked out for over a month and a half. When we showed up for the appointment they claimed they called the wrong name and phone number and that individual canceled the appointment. The front desk staff did not put in any effort in terms of trying to get us in to see the doctor on the same day. In fact they said they could get us book... read more
