Hardly any wait time for walk-in service. Staff did phenomenal with my daughter.
Dr. Watters is calm and knowledgeable and is good with kids.
We waited 70 minutes for our appointment. 80 minutes in total because we were 10 minutes early which they advise you to be. After I complained and asked to speak to the office manager I was taken back to a room to vent my frustrations. Then waited 15-20 more minutes in the room for the doctor to arrive. The doctor saw us, did not apologize but said "It's a holiday week" (it was the Monday before Thanksgiving and we have had this appointment on the books for 6 months) shrugged her shoulders and said we have a busy schedule. I was treated with respect and kindness for my condition. Both physician and staff were very supportive and I was grateful for their help.
