I don’t leave many reviews but this place was thorough and great for a walk in clinic and really fast service.
Front desk lady I dealt with was incredibly rude, she really shouldn't work with people going through rough times with their children. She was sarcastic and unprofessional with my circumstances that are out of my control and a freak accident my daughter was involved in. I'll definitely try Peyton Manning Children's Hospital next time.
This was a wonderful experience! First class customer care, so quick it almost felt like we had cheated the medical system. Walk in ortho care might be one of the best kept secrets everyone should know about. Btw, the receptionist was so kind, PA John was probably one of the best medical professionals I ever met. Definitely worth falling off a counter for!
Great experience with my 16 month old. Wait wasn’t bad for walking in without an appt the day after a holiday and staff was friendly and helped make a stressful situation as positive as possible. Todd and the rest of the staff were wonderful with my little one.
I highly recommend Riley pediatric orthopedic sports medicine, they are very respectful nice courteous make you feel at home, and the doctor made us feel very comfortable. Took plenty of time with us answered all of our questions and explained to us what we didn’t understand very good bedside manners and we would highly recommend, going here
