Had an initial appointment here and it was okay. Minor procedure done. Came back for 2nd appointment. Was 13 minutes late and they wouldn’t see me. I called 25 minutes before to confirm I’d be fine running 13 minutes late. They said I had a 15 minute grace period. That was a lie. The procedure maybe takes 10 minutes. Drove an hour to and from for no reason. Will not be coming back
The doctor was good, but my son had an emergency and their nurse didn't call me back 2 entire days. I had to take him elsewhere. So why go here if they can't take the time to respond to patients and their needs? Just go somewhere else that has time to see you.
