I would like to give a five star but I can't. When I first started seeing Dr. Snook all seemed to go well but about two years in everything seemed to go south and my issues weren't being address no matter how many times I mentioned them. I'll be looking for another neurologist who'll hopefully be able to address my concerns and issues. The staff member at check-in I found to be rude not only to me but other patients as well. IU has some of the rudest most unprofessional careless employees in the medical profession.
We love dr Snook he is such a thorough Dr. He takes his time wirh his patience and make sure their needs are met. My husband and I recommend him even if you on a waiting list.
