My surgery was originally scheduled for September 2026. The staff and Dr. Riley were very nice and professional, but my experience with the insurance and billing specialist, Nicole Morales, has been extremely disappointing. After my October 2025 appointment, I was given paperwork with my pre-op and surgery dates. I emailed Nicole about pricing and received no response. My surgery was in April 2024. I’m very pleased with my results! Dr.Riley Dean is an awesome Doctor. He always kept me informed from beginning to end on my breast procedure.I’m extremely happy that I chose to move forward with this procedure. One of the best decisions I could have ever made!!

Dr. Dean is knowledgeable, personable and most importantly compassionate. I met him while receiving care through the resident program at UCSD in San Diego. I am so grateful he was assigned as my surgeon. He helped educate and advise me regarding cosmetic face procedures. He completed an upper and lower eye lift, a neck and lower facelift.
