Riley Corp was assigned to my claim through Choice home warranty. Upon arrival the tech Shawn looked unprofessional and disheveled in slides and no identifiable business label. I questioned whether or not to even let him in ( I should have followed my instincts). Anyways, he commenced with the installation of a garbage disposal and during the process he disconnected the hose to my reverse osmosis water filtration system and never reconnected it.
