I think Dr. Collins is one of the most knowledgeable and empathetic ONGYNs I’ve ever met. I think this practice has terrible customer service about calling you back when you leave a message. Or two. Or three. And use MyChart. The stars are for the business, not the doctor. My number is in my chart and my name is my profile. I am not hard to get ahold of.
I went here a couple years ago and I am absolutely thrilled I was able to find her contact information again! This doctor is one of the most comforting gynecologist I have ever been to in my life. I have alot of trauma from going to different planned parenthood locations from when I was younger and I am so grateful that beaumont pointed me in the direction to her. Unfortunately dr Collin’s was not the best , I ended up having a stillborn baby , at 38 weeks & her nor her staff could tell me why I was never checked at any of my appointments, After asking she stated it wasn’t necessary, so unfortunately 38 weeks into the pregnancy my daughter passed away and all I was left with was a broken heart , even after giving birth she never came to the hospital, I had random doctors checking in and passing messages then my 6 weeks appointment came she started guessing reason of why my daughter pa... read more
Dr.Collins is the Best Obgyn I have had in a long time I really appreciate her
I've seen Dr. Riley Collins twice now and have had only great experiences. She seems to really care and she makes me comfortable despite these types of appointments not really being "ideal". I appreciate her talking through different options for many procedures, medications, etc... in order to make sure I am getting the care that best suits me.
