best in town! – I have always stood by the belief that you get what you pay for. There is always someone who can do something a little worse and make it a little cheaper. You wont find that attitude at Riley Collins, they do excellent quality work, at reasonable rates. The owner, Kevin, has been friendly and helpful everytime I have brought my car in. GREAT AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP – My VW Passat was recently hit and ran in a grocery parking lot the whole side of my new car was wrecked needing new doors fender and ect. Riley Collins did such a great job you can not even tell it was wrecked. They worked great with my 3A insurance I basically dropped the car off and they took care of everything. Thanks for such a great job would recommend them to all my family and friends

RUDE AND BAD WORK!! – Hack shop! Buyer beware!! This place had the look of a chop shop and turns out it probably is! 15 days to get my car back! No phone call after the 4th day when it was bid to be finished. I called on the 8th day to find out what was going on and they were rude on the phone! Finally my car was finished.. I looked at the dent the paint color match was horrible and where they attached metal to the car to pull the dent showed through the paint! Two words SAND PAPER! The lines were not fixed either! Riley Collins Auto Body is the Best – My entire family goes to Riley Collins for their auto body repairs. The customer service is the best and the quality of their work is great, you can't tell the vehicle ever had need of repair. Vehicles look just like new. I recommend this shop for great service.

A shop like no other!!! – I was in an accident in my 07 Buick and took it to Riley Collins to have the front end damage repaired...Kevin wrote me up an estimate...worked with my insurance...kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs...and when my car was finished, you could not see where the damage was...he went with me to test drive the vehicle...all repairs were done within the time that was estimated and all performed very professionally...I highly recommend Riley Collins in Santa Cruz if you want your car professi... read more

Long Term Customer – I have been taking my cars to Riley Collins for about 14 years. Riley Collins has always been accommodating with drop off and pick up times. They have arranged for rental cars and dealt with my insurance regarding repairs. I have been so pleased with their service I continue to refer friends, family, and now take my company vehicles to their shop. Good place and a great local business!

Great Bodyshop! – I live near this shop and have dropped in a couple of times without calling. Once for a broken side window which was repaired in a day, and once with a faulty door lock. They fixed that on the spot and I did not have to leave it. All repairs were reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone.

They saved my car!!! – I had gotten into a serious wreck with my Chrysler 300. I had friends who recommended Riley Collins and I got the tow truck to take me there. I was assured by the owner that my car would be fixed and in good time. Boy was I amazed!!! When they called me to come down I looked at my car and couldn't find any evidence of my wreck. It was like nothing had ever happened. I would recommend Riley Collins to everyone!

Chop Shop; AVOID Riley Collins Auto Body Shop !!! – Two words for this place of business; CHOP SHOP. Buyer Beware! and go someplace else! I chose Riley Collins Auto Body Shop to repair my brand new car after I had been in an accident because of it's close proximity to my home.
