The Centre itself is not generally a bad venue to use for an event. It is fairly well maintained and priced at a fair rate. The housing situation is adequate and they do maintain standard that allow for residents to be comfortable yet not trash the units. It is not a bad place to live if you are on a fixed income and the management is great. I’ve known numerous individuals who have lived there in the past 38 years and very few have ever complained to me about the place.
