Dan owes my husband $5,400 for HVAC work he had no complaints about. Been a year and he never paid us. We're pregnant with our first child and really need this income. We've contacted him multiple times and he never paid us. I can't believe people like this exist. I will remove this review once we get paid. We even told him we really need our money for our baby and no response.

Looking @ google reviews, seems Riley & Rees clients have been pleased with their remodels for the most part, but in reality, his subcontractors are actually completing the work for the satisfied customers. Riley & Rees doesn't deserve the praise for work that isn't theirs, especially when he doesn't pay the subs. I have done after construction cleaning for them, and in almost EVERY instance, invoices reached 150 days before payment was made.
