My fiancé dropped a pump off last fall. After being there for two months he went back to check on the progress. The guy had never even tried fixing it yet. So he left it again. Not a call, as of April this year, so I go directly there to find out what has transpired over the last six months. The girl who answered the phone had a bad attitude and was rude, but the technician was excellent. Responded very quickly, gave me different options and prices for repairs and repaired timely and efficiently.
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Riles Pump. They are honest, reliable, and genuinely FAIR with their pricing something that’s rare these days. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything in simple terms, and delivered exactly what they promised. What impressed me most was that they never tried to oversell me. Instead, they focused on the most cost-effective solution to fix the problem. That level of integrity is hard to come by.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR STORES AND GET SERVICES FROM OTHER PLACES!!! THIS PLACE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON....
Office manager Debbie (hopefully owners Adam and Denis are aware of that) was unbelievably rude, and screamed at my mother who did not know anything about water pumps to leave the store because my mother was rude to her. I'm not sure how you guys are still in the business, but our next step is IG as well as BBB! Thank you very much for showing great unprofessionalism. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! PEOPLE BE AWARE THAT YOU MIGHT BE DISRESPECTED AND THREATENED BY THEIR OFFICE MANAGER DEBBIE!
