I had scheduled an appointment for Feb 10 at 11:15 am .when I came to my appointment on that day and time the receptionist telling me I'm appointment is not till March 10th not Feb 10th the want me to go and come back on March 10th ,I live 1hr 30mins away and all it is is to go over my lab results the receptionist saying I ha e to be back on that date ...His office is very in professional rude even the go spoke with Dr Rikin Patel he even saying the same thing as the receptionist so the all un professional ...
I am a very difficult patient because I am hard to intubate which requires two anesthesiologist to do so while I am awake. Dr. Patel was patient and made sure that he assembled the proper team got my case even if it took postponing it for a week. I was not able to see him after surgery but my family assures me that he was very professional took his time and explained everything so that everyone could understand it well. I had a massive kidney stone and multiple others that required a complicated surgery but Dr Patel was incredible and took great care of me , thank you !
Dr. Patel was wonderful, however his staff (for the exception of EJ) has been horrible to deal with. While trying to schedule a follow up appointment post op I was told that they "don't do follow-ups" for this surgery. This is while looking directly at my discharge paperwork and seeing "follow up in 3 weeks". After relaying this information I received the same runaround over and over again until stating I have a post-op complication in which I was berated for contacting THE SCHEDULING TEAM and not a nurse to SCHEDULE AN APPO... read more
