I bought a new home construction and the builder chose Riker for the sprinkler install. The system they put in is awesome! Due to directv installers, they busted a line and I called Rikers to fix it , they were out and fixing my system the same day. Now I have called again for the main nozzle I think was a victim of the freeze and finally busted last week, they promised to be here today to get it operational again. I can’t say anything negative about the professionalism this company has shown
I can't comment about the quality of service, but I can comment about the lack of professionalism. Last week, my husband made an appointment for them to come out today and give us a bid. We want to set up a system to pump water from our lake to water our yard. Today, no phone call, no anything. They just stood us up. My husband had taken off of work early to meet with these people.
