After getting stuck in rain and mud, my car started making strange noises. I brought it here thinking it might be serious. They cleaned undercarriage, checked brakes, and reassured me nothing major was damaged. It felt like they actually cared instead of rushing me out. Whole process took about 1.5 hours and they even gave tips on preventing rust after monsoon drives. Staff stayed calm and explained everything in a simple way, which helped reduce my stress a lot.
This place is very sexiest! They treat female customers differently than male. They thought I was an idiotic little girl who knew nothing about cars! They thought wrong! Very unprofessional. I waited over an hour for a diagnostic test. Training employees on my watch! I am aware of the multiple problems my vehicle has. I only wanted to address two issues! But of course they couldn’t take my word for it because what would I know! I seen male customers walk in and weren’t treated the same!

The whole team at Rijen are very friendly and helpful. I had to deal with the interlock ignition program which was not fun, but their team made it as painless as possible! Everything was done quickly and fairly and I cant thank them enough for their help. 10/10
