Karrie, in the service department at Rihm Kenworth in Winona, MN is awesome! She is always on top of her game, courteous, and knows what is going on. Karrie is also great at communicating what is happening. She always makes sure we know what is happening with our trucks and updating us on ETAs for when the work will be done. We use a national fleet service for maintenance on our fleet that is not always user friendly. Karrie is always patient and accommodating working with us and them.
