Doug our salesman was great in accommodating our needs by getting our truck delivered to the shop and returned for the work we needed to have done. Marty the body shop advisor was great to work with by updating us with video footage of work done and details on what they planned to do. The technician did a wonderful job installing accessories for us and doing it in a very meticulous and thorough manner. GREAT TEAM!

They did a great job getting my truck in and out. I was caught off guard by their minimum 2 hr $500 diagnosis charge. Nothing was said about it prior to leaving my truck there. Seems excessive when they did the repairs. Antifreeze tank was left a gallon low. Otherwise, repairs were done as expected.
Like this place overall do a ton of business through them. But our outside sales rep was let go a week or 2 ago, and there's no possibly way they'll be able to replace this guy. Big shoes to fill. This rep would go way above and beyond what anybody rep would, and I can guarantee that without a doubt. We see reps from other places stop in and they don't size up to our guy, it's actually comical.
