Rigs the real OG of recovery. Great facilities, great vibe and staff are “Peak”. FAAAAHHHHHH legit best place to go to recover, unwind or just forget about life for a while. Stream sauna will make you forget about brain rot and the cold plunge will bring you back to earth type sh.
Love this place, been feeling overall happier and more energetic. What a great way to unwind and energise after work.
