They have decent food but it’s priced outrageously high and most importantly the staff brings the rating down by being consistently rude and unpleasant while serving you. I can stand to pay exorbitant prices for a croissant in Tribeca if it’s good, but not while being treated with disrespect by the staff. I will admit though the cookies are tasty.
I came here to try the BLT, and wow, I was impressed. The thick bacon, the aioli, and the tomatoes were all so good. It was the perfect BLT.
How do they have the gall to serve me a jambon beurre on a soggy supermarket quality baguette before NOON. How does a sandwich get this wet? Very little thought and care but into this. They do not respect their customer.
Love that this is here. They use quality ingredients and have impeccable service. The barista was so kind after I had accidentally ordered the wrong coffee. However, some of the food needs a few tweaks. The breakfast sandwich was nice, but did not have the wow factor like the one you get at Breads bakery. The cinnamon roll while topped with lovely icing, was dry on the inside and didn’t have the cinnamon butter gooeyness that you would normally expect.
