Refuse to allow my sister/health care provider to Escort me in He was informed that I required her to be there because of my memory he refused to allow her to come in. I attempted to explain to him that I would rather her being there but he was unreceptive. I decided to find a doctor that is more understanding

Very rude man. My grandfather was his patient. My grandpa recently died, and we needed Dr. Gutierrez (my grandpas primary care doctor) to sign some paperwork for us confirming my grandpas previous diagnosis and care plan for his IHSS claim. Dr. Gutierrez yelled at me on the phone and refused to sign the paperwork. He told me to take the papers to my primary care doctor, who my grandpa never saw at all. Horrible experience, he was rude. Never let me finish talking about my symptoms/problems. Cut me off while I was talking. Prescribed a drug that most likely would have caused an allergic reaction, which he would have seen if he had looked at my chart.

Horrible doctor, spend more time figuring out insurance and payment himself then what he could do for my mother. Disrespectful and such and angry man. It would of been great of he would of read my mother's records before entering the room

He runs test and when you go back for your follow up he doesn't give you your results ! I've been cut off numerous times trying tell him my health issues ! All he does is tell his assistant to look at who knows what on their laptop and push getting the flu shot which I tell him every time he's already given it to me !the medicine he prescribed to me caused a reaction and he said I should keep taking it so wrong ! I ended up in the E.R due to his advice ! He's rude and shouldn't be practicing !

This dr cuts you off mid sentence and doesn’t let you explain your medical history. He seems too busy and his office staff are rude. Will search for another primary care physician ASAP

We went to Dr. G for a post hospital check up on my wife. She had been in hospital for acute bronchitis. During this appointment, we asked for her to be evaluated for possible breathing treatments as the inhaler the hospital prescribed was ineffective. He dismissed this request out of hand, without even listening to my wife’s lungs. To make a long story short, she was readmitted to hospital, now with pneumonia. If you want your family and loved ones to perish, I highly recommend Dr. Guitierez.
