If you want great service this is not the place. They cancel insurance coverage for one of our dependents with no notice. We asked why the coverage was canceled and they had no clue. When we called they acted like it was not a big deal. When saying maybe it was time to find someone new, the only response we got was will well ok. A lesson in making things right is well overdue for this company.
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an insurance agency. When I totaled my car (and walked away with a scratch thankfully) these people acted like I had to do their job. I had to make specific phone calls to the repair shop time and time again because they apparently couldn’t get ahold of him. On top of that it took two months to get the check sent over to my bank and if I didn’t call to make sure they were doing their job it wouldn’t get done.
