The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an insurance agency. When I totaled my car (and walked away with a scratch thankfully) these people acted like I had to do their job. I had to make specific phone calls to the repair shop time and time again because they apparently couldn’t get ahold of him. On top of that it took two months to get the check sent over to my bank and if I didn’t call to make sure they were doing their job it wouldn’t get done.
