Called kyle and he came in 30 minutes and he informed me stuff about my cesspools that i didnt even know about. He’s very informative, patient, and very helpful with a very great price.
The owner came to service our cesspool and during his inspection of the tank he noticed that the previous owner of our home used a piece of plywood to cover the manhole ! Someone could have gotten seriously injured or killed if he did not find this issue !! He called me immediately and offered to excavate the area and install a proper steel cover , the work was completed within the hour and he provided before and after pictures . It is never easy dealing with cesspool issues but I can describe my experience with Rignola Cesspool as nothing short of sublime. Kyle was cheerful and informative. He walked me through every step of the process and left me feeling very comfortable. He also told me of his dreams of finalizing a camper project his brother had started. I am sure he will exceed in this endeavor and any other he attempts. Exemplary service. I could not recommend them enough!
