We have reached out to Rigid several times for payment for services rendered They will not return calls or emails.
Company is worse than those other guys with the yellow equipment that’s overpriced in Louisiana. Amazing how a company that does work for the Corp of engineers and other municipalities can actually function in such a shady way and not pay their vendors. You go to their office, you have people sitting around that don’t know anything and the one guy in the multi million dollar company that can write a check or handle the issue seems to always be out of the office or on vacation when you go by to collect payment. To keep things strictly professional, I will just state the facts about working with this company to anyone who is possibly entering into business with them. Little to no communication. Will not answer the phone or reply to emails in a timely manner. Unpaid Invoices for over 6 months now.
