I found myself in a pickle yesterday when both my outside water spigot AND interior shutoff valve failed. The Rightway guys showed up and saved the day. They rebuilt both for a fair price. Super nice guys, as well. They’re keepers!
The service technician was very personable. Stephen explained what he was going to do and about how long he would be. He answered all of my questions, really knows what he's doing. I had inquiries about a couple other things and he was able give me good info going forward. I would definitely use this service again.
Called to repair a faucet that would not shut off fully. Not an emergency but arrived quickly and replaced faucet which turned out to be faulty at no cost to me as was under warranty. Rightway has done a lot of work for me most recently installing a new water softener, and very satisfied with the work. Rightway also replaced all of our drain lines underneath the house and replaced some old pipes, faucets, and toilet seals in the recent past. All A-1 quality work in my opinion. Thanks.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff that provide great service.
