Had Rightway plumbing out to clear my kitchen drain. Technician was on time and very professional. Explained everything clearly and was done quickly. Owner Steve was great on the phone and they were here next day. Highly recommend Rightway plumbing.
Phenomenal service!! I was amazed at how quickly they had someone to my house. Collin was very kind and incredibly helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the other technician with him but he too was super helpful. We called them out to look at our gas hot water heater but also were having some issues with water leaking in our basement. Even though I didn’t call them out to look at that, they took the time to look and offered some suggestions on how to better get water to drain in our basement. Anytime we have an issue, they quickly get us on their schedule and arrive at the scheduled time. Everyone we’ve met is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions we have about our home’s plumbing.
