I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with an Uber-certified vehicle inspection repair shop. The technician had an extremely bad attitude and behaved in an unprofessional manner throughout the inspection process. The inspection standards were applied in an unreasonable and almost absurd way — I was even criticized for allowing a single leaf to fall on the ground, which had nothing to do with vehicle safety or compliance. Such behavior seriously damages Uber’s reputation.

First time using these guys today for a general service on my daily driver, found the service to be outstanding from booking the service, Michael is excellent, fitted me in straight away. Found them to be very thorough, picking up on lots of little things my previous mechanic missed, noticed the car drove much better the second I drove it out the driveway. Very reasonable pricing too! Thanks guys, will definitely be back! 👍🏻👍🏻
I took my Yaris to do a full service and I must confess. It's been a while since I'm not so well served like I did. Gabi it was a such legend on his service. All issues perfectly documented and also explained about the priority, the impact and the risk about each single item. He explained me everything on a such easy way to understand that even those who are not a car fan could completely understand. I'm glad to finally say I found my service shop!
