Jaime was GREAT! I also worked in customer service and its not easy but he was the most professional and friendly person. He complimented my new truck that I was adding to the policy and made the conversion so personable its the little things that make a difference. He confirmed everything send my cards to my email made sure I was set before he let me go. What a great asset to the team!! Thank you Jaime for really caring about your customers its shows!

This USED to be an excellent insurance brokerage. They are now literally telling clients that they have too many customers to give individualized attention to you anymore, which means they don't monitor changes in your insurance anymore or even help you with making sure that you have the best policy possible when renewals come up. Awful place now. I moved on. Regarding their reply: this is how snide and contemptful they are towards clients. so, yeah, the proved my point.
