Marissa has probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions with detail, she also found me the cheapest auto insurance! I highly recommend her.
Heather Holland at Sierra Vista RightSure spent her time researching and explaining the best quality and comparable insurance policies to the ones that I had. She was so diligent and courteous. I will definitely use this service again to compare insurance prices and coverage.
I appreciate it with the vehicle I tried everything to do my Uber and live but it will not let me it won't accept it but I did enjoy the ride and this is a very nice SUV... She is straightforward, empathetic, very skilled in the industry and stellar with customer service. She assisted us in getting vital paperwork done long distance. She called me when the cancellation notice went out for non payment on my elderly parents account and then facilitated payment quickly. Jaime was GREAT! I also worked in customer service and its not easy but he was the most professional and friendly person. He complimented my new truck that I was adding to the policy and made the conversion so personable its the little things that make a difference. He confirmed everything send my cards to my email made sure I was set before he let me go. What a great asset to the team!! Thank you Jaime for really caring about your customers its shows!
