They will raise your rent to $300!!! Do NOT rent from Right Space Storage. This storage unit is a total rip off and complete waste of money. Scam artists, they will get you in quick with a low introductory rate and then raise your monthly rent to an astronomical price. My monthly rate to over $300!! Kaylan was super helpful and considerate. The unit was clean and free from any visual water damage or rodents. Also the price was much better than anywhere else and security looked strong! Thanks again !
I have rented a space there for several years now. The monthly rate has consistently been much more than the rate they have advertised on the website. I have pointed this out in the past and they once reduced my rent, but then increased it to more than it was when I complained after only a few months. The rate continues to go up. I am currently am paying $241 permonth to keep my stuff in a 10ftx20ft unit. The same size storage room at the same facility is currently being offered for much less.
