Kendall was very friendly and helpful. He changed my mind about using Public Storage in the future. I had decided not to use them because of the frustration with their phone system, it is completely ridiculous and if it wasn't for Kendall at the location on Guthrie in Mesa, AZ, I would never use Public Storage again. But he was amazing at his job and very kind. I will be recommending Public Storage to everyone I know. Thank you Kendall!!!
