Hire Americans
Poor help when ya need it. They will have more questions than you. Hard to deal with. Nobody knows anything else anyone else at that company did when you call. 10,000 questions that skirt around why you called. Just poor. You’ll be lucky to accomplish anything through online communication. Very frustrating when ya just ask a simple question. Everytime!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I get my prescriptions late every month. After they start filling it, it takes 7-10 days before I get it. Even after it is filed it will say waiting for carrier pickup, except it will just be sitting there waiting for pick up for 5 days. Why does it take them 7-10 days to get me my scripts when they have my scripts in hand a month a head of time? I am sooo tempted to change pharmacies. Zero stars, actually. I have been a patient with CenterWell since becoming a Humana Medicare Advantage member in 2021. Over the course of that time, I have had to call on several prescriptions to inquire as to the delay in filling/refilling. Always some excuse with the "It's in the queue" catchphrase. One of my meds is critical, a blood thinner needed because of stroke history and continued stroke risk.
