Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to help. Fast, professional, and well-stocked—I highly recommend this pharmacy!
I called for a refill a week in advance. I received a return call to confirm refill. The one day later I received a message they did not have refill for Wednesday delivery, therefore delivery would be Thursday. They requested I call to confirm. I haven't been able to reach a human. I'm just stuck on hold for over 10 minutes then told my call can't be answered to leave a message. What type of pharmacy intentionally doesn't provide customer service for medication. I have been trying to contact them for days now to see if they received my prescription as my insurance has to have this medication go through them and their phone is out of service. There is no portal, no website or email that you can reach out to them. Very frustrating
