I wish there was an option for 0 stars: This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, or even just with a business in general. I traded in my vehicle in June 2023, and purchased a van at this time. I had a very bad experience with Right Ride, a car dealership that sold me a defective vehicle. They promised to fix the problems with the car, but they did not honor their word. I feel cheated and frustrated by their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I want to warn other customers about this company and their poor service.
