Easy to deal with. They do all the heavy lifting. Very responsive and flexible. Reasonable with requests such as allowing us to have car seats professionally installed and reimbursing the cost for this. Can have a car to you within a couple of hours. They take the stress out of the situation of having your car rendered inoperable.
Thanks Ash for seamlessly sorting out a hire car for when mine was getting repaired. I really enjoyed my time in the hybrid as I’ve never got to drive one before. It was so easy and fun to drive. Very simple process and would recommend for sure !
