I’m so glad I found Right2Drive Osborne Park after I had a no-fault accident. I was really worried about how I’d manage without a car during the repair period, but their service took all the stress away. From the moment I contacted them, they were fast, professional, and friendly. They arranged a new model loan car for me straight away and even organised transport for me to pick it up and drop it off when I was done. Horrible experience with these guys, they told me it was free of charge if I had an insurance claim but they still sent me a bill. Will never go to these guys ever again. Rubbish customer service
worst experience ive ever went through with a company, this place promises the world but leaves you dissapointed.
Horrible experience! And I did not recieve the car I wanted and they said I damaged the vehicle! ABSOLUTLY ABSURD !
Awful customer service. Staff were unhelpful, rude, and made the whole process frustrating. Wouldn’t rent here again.
