My car got hit and I was contacted by “Ben” from Right2drive Moorebank to organise a rental whilst my car is being repaired. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and he answered any questions I had with ease. He also organised to have 2 car seats installed because I have two small children. The car was delivered straight to my house the next morning. His customer service is excellent and he was so easy to talk to. A huge thank you to Ben, for all his help throughout this process!

Started off well.. Booked in a car 2 months in advance and was told they would try to get me an EV (like for like) l. I was told the day before that they did not have one. I asked them to see what they could do and they came back and said that they now cannot offer me any car at all. Left me without a car for when my car was being repaired. Very poor!
