Staff members are friendly and courteous. Everyone genuinely cares about your success and helps you achieve your weightloss goals.
The staff is very kind, motivating, and professional, I have had great success here. However, be prepared to be subjected to loud and constant gospel music with sermons that play throughout the office and in the halls. Whether your are Christian or not, religious or not, you WILL hear very loud sermons when you come on the Saturdays that they are open, and gospel throughout the week.
