Damaged vehicle when they hooked it.
The customer service is rude and disrespectful. You don't speak to 19 year old kids nasty when they are asking Questions . He (wouldn't give us his name) said $200 cash now and I drop it but my daughter is on the phone with the company and Martha (if that's legit) Said it was $300 so who lying? It was more so of the guy disrespect and rudeness dealing with two ladies. He didn't even say Thank you he just drove off with his door still open like a thug. Mexicans with no manners
24 hours? They don’t even answer the phone calls. Or just ignore you completely
