DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! i can not give this place a negative star rating in which it actually deserves!! yes they had the equipment i needed but it was not 100% when i got it to work. i rented the tracked skid steer for two hours and it threw the track on me 4 times driving in a straight line on dirt. i spent most of the time repairing the equipment and was not able to work on anything else that i needed to. i asked for a refund or at least half of my money back and the manager refused to and decided he wanted to get int... read more
RecommendedHave rented multiple things from Right-way over the past 10 years. They have always be very helpful with showing how various equipment operates and ensuring I had everything I needed. Last week I rented a bounce house for the first time. Item was larger then I expected, but employees helped load the item up for me in a trailer and got me on my way. Kids had a blast.
Rude people tried to cancel a rental. Giving them over a weeks notice. That I didn't need the equipment anymore. Still charged me for deposit, no offer of split or anything. When I asked why guy was rude. I give them a big zero.
First, let me start by saying my experience here "WOULD HAVE" been fine. I rented a floor sander for my deck; nice equipment, easy to use, they even had the paper and everything. Used it, did the job and brought it back and this is where it all went downhill. The owner asked me to pull around back so his guys could take out out of my SUV. Kari is the best
terrible service and unbelievably greedy. Rented a tow dolly from them because of course they didn't have a tow bar, hitch didn't work properly and when I got it to the vehicle it was to skinny to work. Took it back after having it for 39 minutes and got 3/4 of what I paid to rent it. That seems unfair to me since there item didn't work properly plus I didn't use it. BAD BAD BUSINESS STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL PLACE. Scott Quinn
