Horrible company. Cannot access results left 3 messages. It's Friday before Mothers day. Do you think it's a little stressful. FOLLOW-UP: TODAY IS TUESDAY THE 10TH OF MAY 2022 - COMPANY HAS YET TO ANSWER ANY CALL'S (6 TO DATE) ON HOW TO ACCESS RESULTS OF THE "PCR - COVID" TEST. FOUND ANOTHER PHARMACY TO HELP & NOTIFIED THE CURRENT PHARMACY OF THIS LABS HELP.
Always get results in less than 25 hours. Every time.
They were good - one week no COVID results yet and they do no answer their phones! Horrible!
1 week and no Covid results - not even an email to say they are working on it poor service - poor communication and useless results now
