The only thing this company does “Right” is take your money and having good looking web site. I had a Bay window installed and not a full 2 years later the windows started sticking and having problems getting them open or closed. I started calling in Late NOV 2014 and could not get a response until April 2015. The owner send me a message over Facebook and told me he would send “Rick” out to check the windows. We had them do our roof, tear off and install a new roof, and I am a fan, they did a superb job, we have a huge house in Shelby twp. A 6000 ft. house, they finished it in two days, and the owner Noah is very nice and friendly, he delivered everything he said he would, and he came a couple of times each day to check on his workers and the job and he asked us every time if we are happy with the job and if we need anything to be done differently and if everything we see is up to our standard. Worked for them for 3+ years. Terrible owners. Bounced checks. Laid off whole crew after many months of insufficient payroll funds in bank. Then spent thousands in company money at a strip bar for one of the owners partys. Thanks Nick and Noah

Had them quote on two bay windows. Sales person made me sit through a sales presentation on how great the company was and then gave me a high quote and then started knocking it down with every sales gimmick there was, to the point where it was a little embarrassing. But they ended up being less than the other company so I signed the contract in late July. They said the windows would be installed in about 6 weeks. Right Way Home Services should be named Wrong Way, this company has "No Ethics" they will take your money, provide no services and will not return any phone calls or emails and will not refund your Money!!! If you go to the company, they will stand there and lie to your face!!!

I worked for this company in 2014. DO NOT HIRE THEM. The management mishandles customer deposits. They cannot pay their employees, installers, or suppliers. Employees have had bounced payroll checks for several months and many install teams have left Right Way. If you choose to hire them the odds are high that your deposit will be spent without buying your materials, leaving you without work done for, potentially months. AVOID this company if you have any type of deadline, timeline or high blood pressure condition. They don't answer their phones, return calls or show up on time for install or appointments - but they are very quick to have their hand out for payment. Use someone else!!!

Finally, Great Roofers – After dealing with various roofers (been through 3) over the last 10 years, I finally found one that gave me what I paid for and more.
