We hired Right Way Exterior solutions to replace a number of windows in our home. One of the casing windows was not installed correctly and does not seal. This window is also missing a number of screws that attaches the window to the house. Air leaks in from around the frame of the window an our home and in between the window and the casing. Horrible. My dad called Mark to have someone come take a look at the roof (installed by Zimmerman) since there was a leak into the attic down to the room. Mark sent someone out and the guy patched it up stating that it should be good but will need to replace the cap on the chimney. We asked for the estimate and was given an estimate. The patch work was also paid for and there was a warranty if the leak was to occur again as stated on the invoice. I used Right Way to replace the roof at my office. They were incredibly fast, and did a great job cleaning up the parking lot. No nails or debris left whatsoever. I later had them come make some repairs to the roof at my home. I'd recommend them to anyone.

A friend recommended this company, but I’m very disappointed. They canceled two scheduled appointments to look at my roof, and they seemed not to care about wasting my time. It’s clear that they are not dependable!

Mark Zimmerman truly exemplifies the name of his company. He and his team are conscientious and thorough. I use Mark on all of my roofing and siding projects, because you can count on them to do it the right way!
